The Company - refers to DV Computers Pty Ltd (ACN 097 186 260)
Title - The Company retains the title to all goods until paid in full or all cheques have cleared
Warranty - all warranty returns must be supported by the
original invoice(s) and goods brough in to the company only.
– Full limited warranty of 3 mths for part & 30 mths for
labour applies to laptop (except battey & software), PC, monitor
and printer.
– Standard warranty of 2 weeks applies to refurbished computer
parts unless if it's installed by The Company's technician.
– Standard warranty of 12 months (PC's or PC part only) applies
to new goods.
Warranty Voids - When goods are physically damaged and or
warranty labels have been tampered with.
– If damage caused by operations outside of designed working
and storage environments, power surges, fluctuations and interference,
external peripheral devices and virus related problems and their
subsequent removals.
Money Back Guarantee applies to the following:
– only when goods fail to perform as described or explained
– a restocking fee will apply on all goods returned at the
rate of 10% of the value of the goods. Refund of more than $100
will take approximately 2 weeks.
In any event, no returns shall be accepted unless supported by the
original invoice(s).
Special for Laptops
– A free 14-days exchange program only to the same value or
higher (customers to pay the difference)
– No warranty for laptop's battery
