Australian Consumer Law & Consumer Guarantees

Delivery of Goods
Physical goods are dispatched via Australia Post or our courier partners. Delivery generally occurs within 2–14 business days after receipt of full payment. For any goods that are damaged in transit or lost, customers should contact the relevant carrier directly. Digital goods are delivered immediately upon successful purchase.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Customers must notify DV Computers within 12 days of receipt to initiate a return. A valid reason for the return is required. Unopened goods in original condition are eligible for a full refund. All returns are processed in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
